The Sand Bar is an iconic pavilion with soaring spire located at the very centre of our property, overlooking the crescent pool terrace, where drinks and snacks are served all day against a backdrop of ocean vista.
Cooled by giant ceiling fans, the Sand Bar is the Potlatch Club's place for romantic tête-a-têtes or sociable soirées, where cocktails, wines and beers can be enjoyed in comfort, at the bar, in comfortable sofas and chairs under the pavilion, or lounging in the sun on the pool terrace.
Our talented mixologists prepare cocktails and serve wines by the glass or the bottle, morning noon and night. Try a Bahamian cocktail classic like a Goombay Smash, made from gold rum, coconut rum, Meyer's rum, lime juice, local honey and pineapple juice, or something unique like our Governor's Smile made with vodka, cucumber, garden basil, jalapeno, coconut water and tamarind.
